Production Services extends your people power by providing fractional staff Production Managers and Heads of Production, for when you need additional support. Our offering is cost-effective, flexible, and gives your busy team the space they need to focus on winning jobs. 

  • Our fractional PMs are available on a retainer and project basis. Below are some of the tasks they can take off your plate:

    • Credit card coding

    • Maintain production bibles, guidelines, and checklists

    • QC for treatments

    • Organize and maintain files and document systems

    • Kick-off and wrap calls with freelance team

    • Convert bids into preferred budgeting format

    • Review and clean-up of freelance wraps

    • Coordinate with Accounting to return security deposits & refunds

  • Our fractional HOPs are available on a retainer and project basis. Below are some examples of the work they can manage for you:

    • File CPLFs with the DGA

    • Create or consult on production guidelines

    • QC of full bid packages

    • Review producers’ actuals

    • Review talent contracts

    • Oversee insurance policies, coverages, claims

    • Oversee billing and review A/R invoices against contracts, bids, overages memos, and cost+ backup
